HOW DOES IT WORK

Here's a step-by-step breakdown of how art commission works:

 

1. Reach out to me expressing interest in commissioning a piece of art. This can be via email or through the contact form on my website.

 

2. Provide me with a photo of the subject matter you'd like the artwork to feature, along with any specific artistic details or preferences you have in mind. We can also discuss the size, medium, and style of the artwork during this stage.

 

3. Upon receiving the photo and details, I review them to ensure they're suitable for the commission. If everything looks good, I confirm that we're good to go!

 

4. Once we agree on the pricing for the commission, I ask you pay a deposit upfront, usually around 50% of the total cost. This payment secures your spot in my commission schedule and covers initial materials and time investment.

 

6. Throughout the creation process, I may provide you with updates and progress photos to keep you informed and involved in the artistic journey.

 

7. Once the artwork is complete, I'll share a photo or video of the finished piece with you for your approval. If any minor adjustments are needed, we can discuss them at this stage.

 

8. After you're satisfied with the artwork, you'll be required to pay the remaining balance.

 

9. Upon receiving the final payment, I'll carefully package and ship the artwork to you. Alternatively, if you're local, we may arrange for a pickup or delivery option.

 

10. Finally, you receive your commissioned artwork and can proudly display it in your home or office, knowing that it was created just for you!
